About this treatment

That’s what IPL is for. It treats the cause, not the cover-up.
Intense pulsed light passes over the surface and targets the melanin and haemoglobin underneath — the pigment behind dark spots, sun damage, blotches and redness — breaking it up so your skin can clear it away.
At the same time, it gently heats the deeper layers to stimulate collagen, so your tone evens out and your skin quality improves together.
This is a treatment that rewards patience. Over a course you’ll see fewer dark spots, a more even tone and softer fine lines. A little redness afterwards, and spots looking briefly darker before they fade, is all part of it working.
